Notice is hereby given that the St George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 5:00 PM at the St. George Regional Airport 4550 S Airport Pkwy to consider the following requests: A. Consider vacating a portion of a municipal utility easement located at Auburn Hills Phase 1 Subdivision by reducing the easement along the front lot lines from 10 feet to 5 feet in some locations. B. Consider vacating a platted roadway located near Crimson Cliffs Way as the roadway was relocated slightly to the east. C. Consider amending a final subdivision plat for Commerce Point Phase 1 by adjusting Lots 4 & 5 and adding Lots 8 & 9 and vacate a public utilities and drainage easement on the East side of Lots 4 & 5. Interested persons are encouraged to attend this public hearing to be held at the St. George Regional Airport at 4550 S. Airport Parkway, St. George, UT 84790 or present their views in writing to the City Council prior to the meeting. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
