PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Davis County Property Committee will hold a meeting at the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Room 306, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 1:00 pm on Monday, September 16, 2019.

The following parcels were struck to Davis County at the May 15, 2019 Tax Sale: 07-071-0082, 09-111-0077,
13-141-0044.
An Easement was granted by Westward Development, LLC, to Davis County for Permanent Drainage Channel Access and Maintenance Easement and Agreement, dated August 15, 2019 and recorded September 5, 2019 as Entry No. 3184906 in book 7340 at page 1747. (Tax ID 12-046-0142)

Property Located in and/or near Farmington City
Review a request to locate a 'Farmington Creek ecological sign' at the Legacy Event Center on a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 08-076-0047.
Property Located in and/or near Bountiful City
Review and determine whether to enter into a temporary work easement for flood control access on a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 04-078-0017.
Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 04-069-0132 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property.
Property Located in and/or near Kaysville City
Review and determine whether to enter into an agreement with Kaysville City to exchange property know as Tax ID 08-024-0041 (2.9 Acres) for a deed conveyance of Kaysville's one-third interest in the Davis County Animal Control parcel of real property known as Tax ID 11-117-0030 (16.5 Acres); and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property.
