RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Stanley Coon is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Based Business for 'Stacked Barbell' an in-home one on one personal training to be located at 12046 S 1840 West. - Jeni Malone is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Based Business for 'A Wise Owl Learning' an in home pre-school to be located at 4709 Shawnee Drive. - Riverton City is considering changes to the General Plan. - Riverton City is considering changes to the land use ordinance as it relates to temporary and seasonal commercial uses and changes to the sign ordinance.
