- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on September 24, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for: - Amendment to the General Plan (Future Land Use Map), changing parcel 59:034:0003 from Employment Center/Campus to include a mix of residential and commercial. - Development Code Amendments - beginning the process of updating Sections 17.35, 17.37, 17.38, 17.40, 17.45 and creating new zones to implement the 2018 General Plan goals and strategies. The materials for the proposed item may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For more information please contact the Planning Department at (801) 789-6617.
