AGENDA 5:30 Work Session - Regarding the proposed Wasatch Peaks Ranch RSD Application. The RSD is to amend the Morgan County General Plan from Natural Resources and Recreation to Master Planned Community and amend the Morgan County Zoning Map, changing the zoning from Forestry (F-1) and Multiple-Use 160 (MU-160) to Resort Special District (RSD) which includes a Development Agreement 7:30 Business - Call to Order - Prayer & Pledge - Approval of Agenda - Approval of Minutes - Declare Conflicts of Interest - Public Comment Period 1) Boyd Carrigan - Information Only - Formally thank the Phillips 66 Pipeline Company for their gracious donation towards a pump tank/rescue unit to be installed on a UTV. This piece of equipment will be utilized throughout the county to assist in wildland fires as well as rescue in our outlining areas of the County. This request for $10,000 for Morgan County Fire& EMS to purchase a FIRELITE Transport Deluxe FDH-203 slip-in skid for a Utility Task Vehicle 2) Bonnie Thomson - Discussion/Decision - Approval of Refund to AT&T Inc. - State Assessed Appeal; 18-1339 for $7,424.82 3) Robert McConnell - Discussion/Decision - Board recommendation that Julie Chapman be approved to fill the vacant pliot position on the Morgan County Airport Advisory Board 4) Lance Evans - Discussion/Decision - A proposed final plat for Whittier Estates Subdivision Phase 4, an eight lot subdivision along Mahogany Drive in Peterson 5) Lance Evans - Discussion - Wasatch Peaks Ranch RSD Application. RSD application for 11,502 acres to amend the Morgan County General Plan from Natural Resources and Recreation to Master Planned Community and amend the Morgan County Zoning Map, changing the zoning from Forestry (F1) and Multiple-Use 160 (MU-160) to Resort Special District (RSD) with a Development Agreement ADJOURN
