Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday September 11, 2019 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1.Review and Approval of minutes from August 14, 2019 Town Council Meeting. 2.Review and Approval of August 15- September 11, 2019 Bills/Payroll. 3.Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson 4. Discuss the proposed ordinance changes for the new fire hydrant installations 5. Discussion on the additional maintenance cost for homeowners meters greater then 3/4 Roads- Lesley Smith 6. Give update on FEMA visit. Planning and Zoning- Martina John 7. Review and approve Ed Rogers 2 building permits for house and for shed 8. Discuss and possible vote Ashly Hohlios small shed 9. Discuss agricultural protection plan 10. Review RV resolution and section 17 of water ordinance 11. Garbage in dump 12. Discuss water protection zones Parks- Tyson Nielson 13. Discuss and approve funding for the annual chili cook off in Oct. 14. Discuss and decision and clean up on park lawn 15. Fire Department 16. Sgt.
