Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Adopt Agenda- By Motion 4. Approve minutes of August 14, 2019, public hearing and regular meeting - By Motion 5. Discuss and make decision concerning Resolution 19-9, A Resolution rescinding Resolution 07-1 building permit moratorium on building of new homes in Paragonah Town - By Motion 6. Discuss annexation of property - Wayne Rowley 7. Discuss and make decision concerning signing a proclamation recognizing and honoring the Constitution and declaring September 17th through 23rd as Constitution week - By Motion 8. Address Civic Committee questions - Regina Jackowiak 9. Mayor's Report - Todd Robinson 10. Water Department Report - Mike Abbott 11. Power/Fire Department - Mark Barton 12. Cemetery/Planning and Zoning - Marge Cipkar a) Discuss right of ways through property on South East end of Town b) Discuss cement blocks blocking road on 410 South 550 East (Dugway Road) and make decision on how to resolve issue - By Motion 13.
