NOTICE OF VACANCY ON THE NORTH POINTE SOLID WASTE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL BOARD Notice is hereby provided this 10th Day of September 2019, pursuant to Utah Code Section 17B-1-304 (2019) that one (1) vacancy exists on the North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District Administrative Control Board. To qualify for consideration for the above-mentioned Board vacancy, individuals may, but need not, registered voters with in North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District or an officer of employee of Lehi City. Those individuals interested in being considered for the vacant Board position outlines above should send a letter expressing their interest, together with a brief description of their qualifications and eligibility for the Board position to: Lehi City Recorder, 153 N 100 E, Lehi Utah, 8403. All letters of interest must be received by the City Recorder on or before 5:00 p.m. on October 14, 2019. The Lehi City Council will review and evaluate all individuals that qualify for consideration pursuant to the guidelines listed above, and will appoint an individual to fill the existing one (1) Board vacancy by resolution. Date this 10th Day of September 2019.
