Description/Agenda: The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Land Management Code, Title 9, Chapter 12-6 (lighting), Chapter 12-7 (Buildings) during their regular meeting of the Town Council scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than noon on September 23, 2019. Details of the proposed amendments are available for public inspection at the town offices during normal business hours.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh (435) 677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Available to Board Members as per Resolution No. 347 authorizes public bodies, including the Town, to establish written procedures governing the calling and holding of electronic meetings at which one or more members of the Council may participate by means of a telephonic or telecommunications conference.
