- Public notice is hereby given that on Friday, October 4, 2019 at approx. 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following hearing will be held before the Land Use Hearing Officer: 1. Kurtis Angelovic is requesting to rebuild a Non-Complying Structure at 1385 E Elm Lead.
