Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - DAI Partners is requesting a rezone of about 9.84 acres located at approximately 4091West 12600 South from PCC (Planned Commercial Center) to RM-14 (Residential Multi Family 14 units per acre). Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
