Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Claribel Tejada is requesting a rezone of property located at 11602 South Redwood Road. The property is currently zoned C-PO (Professional Office), the requested zone is C-G (Commercial Gateway). - Delwin Craig is requesting a rezone of a portion of a parcel located at 1965 West 11800 South from RR-22 to R-3 (Single Family Residential, 14,000-sf lots). Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
