TREE COMMISSION AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Draper Tree Commission will hold a Business Meeting on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 8:00 AM, at 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah 84020. The Agenda will be as follows: 1) Approve August meeting minutes 2) Introduce Todd Hammond as our point of contact with the Public works/Engineering and discuss the process of pulling in Tree commission of all road projects very early in the planning cycle 3) Discuss projects 13800 South, 11950 South, Lone peak Parkway 4) Discuss Timoney neighborhood meeting and city Sycamores 5) Finalize proposed changes to Tree ordinance for city initiated street projects 6) Discuss plans to start working on city codes and enforcement SALT LAKE COUNTY / UTAH COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH I, the City Recorder of Draper City, certify that copies of this agenda were posted on the Draper City Electronic Bulletin Board, Draper City website www.draper.ut.us, the Utah Public Meeting Notice website at www.utah.gov/pmn, and sent by email to The Salt Lake Tribune, and The Deseret News.
