Description/Agenda: KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Parks and Recreation Building at 85 North 100 East. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the meeting August 22, 2019. 2. Final plat approval for Whisper Hollow Subdivision at 650 East 100 North - Spencer Prince. 3. Variance request for reduced setbacks into side yard on a corner lot at 780 East 1475 South - Bryce Huff. 4. Call to the public. 5. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 6. Adjournment.
