NOTICE OF MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF ST. GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, commencing at 5:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: Call to Order Flag Salute 1. SHARED PARKING (SHP) Consider a shared parking request to allow the operation of a comedy club and special events center during evening hours using shared parking spaces in a commercial center. The site is located at 214 North 1000 East Street and is zoned C-2 (Highway Commercial). The representatives are Elise West and Ed Tracey. Case No. 2019-SHP-001 (Staff - Ray Snyder) 2. ZONE CHANGE (ZC) (Public Hearing) Consider a zone change from C-3 (General Commercial) to C-4 (Central Business District Commercial) on approximately 4.89 acres for 'City Hall' (City Hall & Police Department). The site is located at 175 E 200 N. The representative is Marc Mortensen. Case No. 2019-ZC-036 (Staff - Ray Snyder) 3. PRELIMINARY PLATS (PP) A. Consider a forty-seven (47) lot residential preliminary plat for 'Fish Rock at the Ledges Phases 2 - 4.' Located to the east of the intersection of Fish Rock Road and Movie Rock Drive in The Ledges subdivision. The property is zoned PD-R (Planned Development Residential).
