- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Roy City Corporation will be holding a public hearing to amend its FY 2020 budget. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 5051 South 1900 West, for the purpose of receiving public input and obtaining Council approval for the changes.
