Salt Lake City Planning Division Open House September 19, 2019 at 5 to 7 pm City and County Building 451 S State St. - 4th Floor Hallway Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 Planned Development and Preliminary Subdivision at 537 Denver and 532 S., 538 S. 500 East - Salt Lake City Planning has received a Planned Development and Preliminary Subdivision request from 537 Denver Street LLC, to construct a townhouse development. The proposal includes 11 new residential townhomes with 24 parking spaces. The building would be approximately 29' feet 4 inches in height. This type of development is allowed on this property; however, some of the design elements do not meet zoning regulations and require Planned Development approval. Those design elements include lots without street frontage, and balconies that encroach into the front yard building setback area.
