NOTICE OF Highland City Planning Commission PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 7:00 PM, or as soon as possible thereafter, to receive public comment regarding the following item: - Sterling Gardner is requesting approval of a Preliminary / Final Plat approval for a 2-lot subdivision of approximately 1.68 acres to be known as Arabian Meadows Subdivision. The property is located approximately at 10530 N 6000 W. - Highland City is requesting to amend the Moderate Income Housing (MIH) section and qualified subsection of the General Plan. In accordance with SB 34, Affordable Housing Modifications, the following Notice of Intent to Publish, Codify, and Amend the City Code and Ordinance is given. The public hearings will be held in the Highland City Council Chambers located at 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, Utah.
