- WORK SESSION: 1. Discussion regarding visitor capacity study in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Dr. Kelly Bricker, Director of the University of Utah's Parks, Recreation and Tourism Program is scheduled to speak to the Council. 2. Discussion of draft zoning ordinance changes REGULAR TC MEETING: 1. Call the meeting to order 2. Salt Lake County Council member Jim Bradley - Introduction 3. Central Wasatch Committee Executive Director Ralph Becker - Introduction 4. Citizen Input 5. Approval of Consent Agenda; includes August Treasurer's Report, August 14, 2019 Minutes and staff reports 6. Questions regarding Departmental Reports 7. Mayor's Report 8. Discussion and possible action regarding draft Resolution 2019-R-14 recommending evaluation of the environmental impacts from increased visitation resulting from UDOT transportation improvements in Little Cottonwood Canyon. 9. Discussion of draft zoning ordinance changes 10. New Business 11. Motion to adjourn
