TOWN OF APPLE VALLEY Planning Commission Hearing Notice AMENDED Public notice is given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Apple Valley, Washington County, Utah will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at 6:00 PM at the Apple Valley Town Hall, 1777 N. Meadowlark Dr., Apple Valley, Utah. Notice is hereby given that the Town of Apple Valley Planning Commission will hear public comment on the following items: HEARING FOR ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION FROM ROCK TITE CONSTRUCTION CO. CHANGING THE ZONE FROM PLANNED DEVELOPMENT TO AG-5 FOR PARCEL AV-1377-E HEARING FOR GENERAL PLAN CHANGE FROM RESIDENTIAL TO AGRICULTURAL FOR AV-1377-E, ROCK TITE CONSTRUCTION/ GRAHAM. HEARING FOR TOWN CODE AMENDMENTS FOR 10.28.230 'ACCESSORY BUILDING AND ACCESSORY USES GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.' HEARING FOR TOWN CODE AMENDMENTS FOR 10.26 'OUTDOOR LIGHTING' HEARING FOR TOWN CODE AMENDMENTS FOR 10.28.100 'PARKING REQUIREMENTS OF PRIVATE RECREATIONAL VEHICLES IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES.' Interested persons are encouraged to attend public hearings or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
