- Elect MMAD Treasurer to work with Grand County Clerk and MMAD Manager on budget and tax increase. Includes where Manager is re: the drop dead dates re: 2019 MMAD budget and tax increase. Will involve some short discussion/update.
- Procedure for approving and posting MMAD PSA's and other notices to the public. (Includes where Manager and two MMAD Board members (non-quorum) left off from informal meeting on 25 August 19). Will involve some short discussion/ update.
- Elect MMAD Board member responsible for recording MMAD Board minutes, writing MMAD Board minutes, and getting them to Manager for posting/filing.
- Attendance at, or email to, CIB Interagency Workshop, Thursday, 5 September 2019, 1:30 pm.
- Dispose of 1993 field truck.
