Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Board of Adjustment will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Chanell Cordova has filed an appeal of the Planning Commission's decision of August 8, 2019 on the proposed Ivy League Learners Home Occupation, located at 4079 West Adler Road, Riverton, specifically the limitation imposed on the number of students allowed. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
