WORKSESSION -
THE WILLARD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AND WILLARD CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A COMBINED WORKSESSION AT 6:00 PM TO TOUR THE PROPOSED BLUE OX DEVELOPMENT LOCATED IN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF BOX ELDER COUNTY AT THE SOUTHERN BORDER OF WILLARD CITY LIMITS. COUNCIL MEMBERS AND PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBERS WILL MEET AT THE WILLARD CITY OFFICES AT 5:45 FOR ROLL CALL AND THEN MEET AT PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE WORKSESSION

b. Discussion/Action on revisions to Section 12-105 Conditional Use Ordinance and Section 12-112 Commercial and Manufacturing Zones with a recommendation to the City Council
c. Report on Capital Facilities Plan for Storm Drain
