This RFQ does not.************** Project: Concrete Slab for Pickleball Court As Per Plans. Installed on sub-base prepared by Castle Dale City. Davis Bacon Wages. Court Is 66' x 70' x 5'. Specs: Court Is 66' x 70' x 5'. Concrete, Labor, Concrete Pump. Work Around Preset Fence Poles. Standard Gray Concrete, Medium Broom Finish. Saw cut control joint joints every 12'. #3 rebar, 18'centers. 6 bag mix concrete. ***Poured around set chain link posts (set by others)*** Install ADA wheelchair approach. (from street to sidewalk) (1) each 8' x 8' x 5' ramp (from sidewalk to Court) Excluded: Court Type Finishes. Bid Items Slab - 66' x 70' x 5' $ ADA Approach, Saw For Demo, Demo By Owner $ Ramp $ Total $ This project is funded in whole or in part by a grant through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program The contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses. Local, minorities and woman owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected. The bidders must be registered with SAM.gov and have a DUNS #.
