- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearings: a. The Council shall receive pubic input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Clark Subdivision consisting of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) from 598 South 300 West to 600 South 250 West. Tax Id# 10-026-0014 9. Zac Higbee and Andrew Higbee-Discuss Eagle Scout project and get approval to plant trees along path at the Wellsville Dam 10. Irrigation Board-Present pressurized irrigation to Wellsville City Council for support. 11. Scott Wells-Present open and public meeting training to City Council. 12. Scott Wells-Discuss allowing Wellsville City Troop 21 to use the city council room one time a month for pack night and one time a quarter for a Court of Honor. 13. Scott Wells-Discuss letters for hooking on to sewer and multi-family dwelling. 14. Department reports 15. City Manager/Recorders report
