NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Under Sections 11-13-219 and 17C-5-205(2) of the Utah Code, notice is given, collectively by all the public entities listed, that the Clearfield Community Development and Renewal Agency entered into amended Interlocal Cooperation Agreements with each of the following, respectively: Clearfield City (agmt. dated 6/25/2019); Davis County (agmt. dated 5/7/2019); Davis County School District (agmt. Dated 4/20/2019); Weber Basin Water Conservancy District (agmt. dated 5/23/2019); Davis County Mosquito Abatement District (agmt. dated 8/8/2019); North Davis Fire District (agmt. dated 5/16/2019); and the North Davis Sewer District (agmt. dated 6/13/2019). Each agreement provides that the taxing entity agrees to remit to the Agency annually certain tax increment revenues generated within the Lifetime Products Community Reinvestment Project, to provide funds to the Agency to carry out the Project Area Plan, with tax increment payments continuing for 15 years (County and all other taxing entities) beginning with the tax year no later than 2021. The County is authorized and instructed to remit to the Agency beginning with property tax receipts in Year One and continuing through Year Fifteen, 75% of the City's annual Tax Increment generated from the Project Area. For a period of at least 30 days following the date of publication of this notice, a copy of each agreement is and will be available for public inspection and copying at the Agency's place of business located at 55 State St, Clearfield, Utah, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. During that 30-day period, any person in interest may contest an agreement, or the procedures used to adopt an agreement, if the agreement or the procedures fail to comply with any applicable statutory requirements.
