CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Hamlet Development is requesting a General Plan Map amendment from Professional Office to High Density Residential for the property located 4782 S Muirhouse Drive for approximately 1.63 acres. File #1G19. Hamlet Development is requesting a Zoning Map amendment from Hospital to SSD-R-Muirhouse for the property located 4782 S Muirhouse Drive for approximately 1.63 acres. File #8Z19. Hamlet Development is requesting a Zoning Text amendment to the Taylorsville Municipal Code Chapter 13.39 SSD-R-Muirhouse Zoning District. File #9Z19. Shawn Symes is requesting preliminary plat approval for a two-lot subdivision for the property located at 4652 S 1175 W. File #6S19. Hamlet Development is requesting preliminary plat approval for a 24-lot subdivision located at 4782 S Muirhouse Drive. File #7S19. Elliott Smith on behalf of 7 Eleven is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for an Hours of Operation Extension for an Automotive Self Service Station located at 4015 W 5400 S. File #36C19. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
