Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Sept 12, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Kristi Smith is seeking a conditional use permit for a private lane and an exception to a subdivision fencing requirement for a potential subdivision to be located at 11971 South 1300 West. - Carrie Ann Powell with AT&T/SmartLink is seeking a conditional use permit for a wireless communication facility, located at 13675 South Monarch Meadows. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
