Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on September 10, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah: - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the Roy City General Plan (Future Land Use Map) from Commercial to Very High Density Multi-Family Residential - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the Roy City Zoning Map Rezone from CC (Community Commercial) to R-4 (Multi-Family Residential) The Roy City Council will hold the following public hearings, on September 17, 2019 in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah: - 5:30 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the Roy City General Plan (Future Land Use Map) from Commercial to Very High Density Multi-Family Residential - 5:30 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the Roy City Zoning Map Rezone from CC (Community Commercial) to R-4 (Multi-Family Residential) THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
