APPROVAL OF RDA MEETING MINUTES Minutes of Redevelopment Agency Meeting - May 28, 2019 15. RDA SCHEDULED ITEMS 15.1. MOTION - Authorizing the Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) to approve and execute a participation agreement with Canyon Park Tech Center The Orem RDA will enter into a participation agreement with Canyon Park Tech Center to provide $250,000 in financial assistance in the form of a tax increment financing (TIF) post performance incentive. The funds provide financial assistance for the cost of updating street lighting throughout Canyon Park and along 1600 N, 800 E, and 1200 N in Orem. The agreement formalizes the ongoing maintenance and financial support for the streetlights on Orem streets surrounding the park to be covered by Park owners. Presenter: Kathi Beckett 16. ADJOURN
