- LAYTON CITY OFFICIAL RESULTS 2019 PRIMARY ELECTION MAYOR Joy Petro 2,728 nominated Joyce Forbes Brown 2,600 nominated Bruce Davis 2,022 eliminated Scott Williams 1,375 eliminated Tricia Pilny 936 eliminated CITY COUNCIL - Three (3) four-year seats Scott Freitag 3,610 nominated Dave Thomas 3,600 nominated Clint Morris 3,422 nominated J. Scott Carter 3,223 nominated Zach Bloxham 3.107 nominated Chris Crowder 2,864 nominated Tom Cavanaugh 1.993 eliminated Ja Eggett 1,881 eliminated Tyson Plastow 1,868 eliminated Shiloh Kestel 1,089 eliminated A total of 9,899 ballots were received from 35,158 Registered Voters. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Canvassers for Layton City has prepared a report of the election results for the Primary Election, held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019.
