- CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS THE CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE is soliciting a request for proposals from qualified Proposers to provide consulting services for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Five-Year Consolidated Plan as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at the City of Taylorsville located at 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd, Taylorsville, UT 84129. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, September 11, 2019. Proposers must submit one hard copy of the proposal and an electronic pdf version to Amanda Roman, Community Development Department, Taylorsville City, 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd, Taylorsville, UT 84129. Electronic copies may be submitted on a USB flash drive along with the hard copy or via email to: aroman@taylorsvilleut.gov. Interested parties may contact Amanda Roman at 801-963-5400 ext. 3015 or aroman@taylorsvilleut.gov to obtain the Request for Proposals. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Requests, waive any informality or technicality in qualifying, or accept the Requests deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
