- Public Hearing Notice The Kamas City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall located at 170 N. Main St., Kamas. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment for the amendment of the budget for the 2019-2020 fiscal year. In accordance with the American's with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, 783-4630, at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
