Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Disaster Prep Committee will participate in a meeting on Thursday, August 29th, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: Call to Order Prayer Action Item Update District Yr Mo Workshop Date Topic Article Due Syracuse West Dist 2019 Jan/ July Syracuse District 2019 Feb/ Aug Sept 21st 7pm Basic Herbs, and other healthy items to store. class/workshop Syracuse South 2019 Mar/ Nov Finance in a disaster Legacy District 2019 May/ Oct May 18th Alternative Fuel Bluff District 2019 June/ Dec Committee Business: 1. Any assistant district leader's assistants to be named? 2. Any new classes to put on the schedule? 3. Disaster Drill April 2020 - Nasa's announcement - discussion - possible scenarios 4. Preparedness fair in September 2020 - dividing responsibility - volunteering 5.
