Hooper, UT 84315 The Hooper City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the City office for the following: 1. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit- Oversized Structure- Wayment, Mark - 4852 S. 5100 W. (2,200 sq.ft) 2. Public Hearing - Rezone - Maw, Phillip - R1 to R2 - approx. location 5017 S. 6300 W (8.98 acres) 3. Public Hearing - Final Approval - Brooks Estates Subdivision; Forty (40) lots, 5300 South and 4600 W., (17.6 acres) 4. Public Hearing - Preliminary Approval - Morning Meadows Subdivision; Twenty-Nine (29) lots, 4000 South 5350 West., (18.3 acres) 5. Public Hearing - Preliminary Approval - Hadley Valley Subdivision; Twenty-Six(26) lots, 4500 South and 5400 W., 19.1 acres 6. Public Hearing - Preliminary Approval - Silver Saddles Subdivision; Forty-Two (42) lots, 3750 South and 5400 West. 7. Public Hearing - Preliminary Approval - Turner Legacy Subdivision; Nine (9) lots, 5900 South and 4300 West., (4 acres)
