- PLANNING AND ZONNING COMMITTEE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Be it known that on Wednesday September 11 at 6:30 PM, at the Glendale Town Office, located at 90 E Center Street, the Planning and Zoning Committee, of Glendale Town will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to receive input from neighbors regarding the granting of a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to Roger Goulding to operate an automotive service business at 250 N Main Street, Glendale UT. The proposed business is located in a commercial zone. However, according to Glendale Town Ordinance, an auto repair shop must have a Conditional Use Permit, to operate in a commercial zone. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to receive input from neighbors located in a close proximity to 250 N Main. Neighbors and members of the community may express concerns, misgivings, objections or favorable comments at this hearing. Immediate neighbors will be given priority to comment.
