NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN PUBLIC OF TRENTON TOWN THE TRENTON BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Board of Adjustment and to the general public that the Trenton Town Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Wednesday August 28, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, UT. AGENDA 1. Meeting Called to Order 2. Approval of Agenda 1. Election of Chairperson 2. Board of Adjustment training 3. Variance request to accept smaller side yard on a structure- Larry Maughan NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Board of Adjustment may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
