- HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL AGENDA Tuesday, August 27, 2019 Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland Utah 84003 6:00 P.M. SPECIAL SESSION (CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS) Call to Order - Mayor Rod Mann 1. ACTION: ELECTION CANVASS RETURNS The City Council will review and formally certify the Election Canvass Returns from the 2019 Primary Municipal Election, including additional votes from Provisional and Timely Absentee Ballots. The Council will take appropriate action. ADJOURNMENT
