PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 5:00 PM to consider the following requests: A. Consider vacating a utilities easement located at the easterly property line of Lot 4 & 5, Commerce Point Phase 1 Subdivision (Doc. No. 399544). B. Consider vacating a drainage easement located in middle of Lot 1, The Ledges of St. George Sand Cove Phase 1 Subdivision (being relocated). Interested persons are encouraged to attend this public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers-City Hall at 175 East and 200 North or present their views in writing to the City Council prior to the meeting. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
