- LAYTON CITY OFFICIAL RESULTS 2019 PRIMARY ELECTION MAYOR Joy Petro 2,693 nominated Joyce Forbes Brown2,570 nominated Bruce Davis 1.999 eliminated Scott Williams 1,346 eliminated Tricia Pilny 916 eliminated CITY COUNCIL - Three (3) four-year seats Scott Freitag 3,570 nominated Dave Thomas 3,558 nominated Clint Morris 3,358 nominated J. Scott Carter 3,187 nominated Zach Bloxham 3.055 nominated Chris Crowder 2,819 nominated Tom Cavanaugh 1.970 eliminated Ja Eggett 1,852 eliminated Tyson Plastow 1,833 eliminated Shiloh Kestel 1,065 eliminated A total of 9,758 ballots were received from 35,158 Registered Voters. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Canvassers for Layton City has prepared a report of the election results for the Primary Election, held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019.
