NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held July 9, 2019. 6. BUSINESS a. Public hearing to receive comments on an amendment to the Municipal Code and the Zoning Ordinance for Richfield City to allow potbellied pigs in the City limits. b. Consider approving amendments to the Police Department policies. c. Consider adopting Ordinance 2019-4 defining the type and quantity of acceptable water rights required for annexing an area to Richfield City. d. Consider adopting Ordinance 2019-5 amending regulations for public parades and other special events. e. Consider adopting Ordinance 2019-6 amending the Zoning Ordinance establishing standards for cannabis cultivation in the downtown zoning district. f. Update on Community Development Center project progress. 7. OTHER BUSINESS 8. EXECUTIVE SESSION a. Strategy session to discuss the sale of real property. 9. ADJOURNMENT
