NOTICE OF COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights City Council will hold a Work Session at approximately 5:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, in the Cottonwood Heights City Council Work Room located at 2277 East Bengal Boulevard, Cottonwood Heights, Utah. 1. Review of Business Meeting Agenda - Mayor Mike Peterson 2. Staff Reports (Each week the city council and staff provide informational reports as a method of keeping up on the day-to-day activities of the city. This agenda item is set aside to allow council members to ask questions or for staff to bring the council up to date of any changes since the report was made.) a. (By this resolution, the council will approve the city's entry into a contract to for an expert study assessing the current capacities and anticipated future capacity needs of certain of city's public streets and to formulate a list of projects needed to meet future transportation needs, all in accordance with applicable standards.) 5.2 Consideration of Resolution 2019-46 Approving Entry into a Consulting Agreement with Blu Line Designs Corp. for a Master Plan for a Segment of the Bonneville Shoreline Trail. (By this resolution, the council will approve the city's entry into a consulting agreement whereunder the provider will prepare a master plan, and provide related services, concerning the segment of the Bonneville Shoreline Trail within the city's boundaries.) 5.3 Consideration of Resolution 2019-47 Approving Entry into a Professional Services Agreement with Y2 Analytics, LLC. (By this resolution, the council will approve the city's entry into a professional services agreement whereunder Y2 Analytics, LLC will provide public opinion research and related services to the city.) 5.4 Consideration of Resolution 2019-48 Approving Entry into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the City of Holladay for Cost Sharing Concerning the 3000 East Roadway Improvements. (By this resolution, the council will approve the city's entry into an interlocal cooperation agreement with the City of Holladay whereunder Holladay will contribute funding toward the cost of the upcoming 3000 East roadway improvements project.) 6.0 CONSENT CALENDAR None at this time. 7.0 ADJOURN CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS MEETING On Friday, August 23, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notices was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the Cottonwood Heights City Offices, Cottonwood Heights, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The Agendas were also posted on the City's website at www.ch.utah.gov and the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov DATED THIS 23rd day of August 2019 Paula Melgar, City Recorder Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication.
