- 7:00 Roll Call Approval of meeting minutes from special meeting 8/26 Rules for Public Comment 7:15 Public Citizens to Be Heard 7:35 Amer Tumeh 7:40 Steve Simpson 7:47 Craig Simpson 8:02 Business Owners of Bluff 8:07 New Business Review and discuss zone definitions, including specific zone for SITLA or BLM Discussion and vote on proposed ordinances Discussion and vote on proposed subdivision ordinances Discuss additional changes, including unzoned parcels, and vote on the proposed zoning map Send recommendations and public comments to Town Council Additional Items to be added to the next meeting's agenda 9:00 Adjourn Request for additional or modifications to agenda items are due by 5pm each Tuesday to SarahPZBluff@gmail.com or to Town of Bluff at 435-672-9990 to be discussed at the next Thursday scheduled meeting. An Agenda Item Request form can be found online at http://townofbluff.org/planning-zoning/. Our next regular meeting will be held at the Bluff Community Center on Thursday, September 5 at 7:00pm.
