Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Tooele City Planning Commission will meet in a business meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers of Tooele City Hall, located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah. Agenda 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Public Hearing and Decision on a Conditional Use Permit to permit a home based child pre-school business, by PreScholars Pre-School, to be located at 518 East 810 North on .2 acres in the R1-7 Residential Zone. 4. Recommendation on a Condominium Plat for Porter's Place Subdivision creating 6 condominium duplex style units at approximately 596 South Coleman Street on .98 acres in the R1-7 Residential Zone. 5. Review and Approval of Planning Commission minutes for meeting held on August 14, 2019. 6. Adjourn Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Andrew Aagard, Tooele City Planner and Zoning Administrator prior to the meeting at (435) 843-2132 or TDD (435) 843-2108.
