- CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND FINAL PLAT REVIEW - FOX CANYON MINOR SUBDIVISION Review construction drawings and Final Plat for Fox Canyon Minor Subdivision, a four-lot subdivision located at approximately 900 East 400 North on parcel 04-005-0003 containing 14.87 acres, more or less. The City Engineer has approved the construction documents. SKETCH PLAN - MINOR SUBDIVISION - S. REEDER Review sketch plan for a minor subdivision of parcel 04-011-0010, consisting of 1.41 acres located at 129 East 200 North. This proposal is to create an additional lot on this parcel. Parcel A with an existing home would be approximately 13,015 sq ft and Parcel B would be approximately 47,273 sq ft.
