- August 22, 2019 The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 5, 2019 in the city office located at 520 West Elberta Dr., beginning at 6:00 P.M. to consider a proposal of a change to The General Plan under the Community Character Element for affordable housing. We invite the public to attend and give comment. Further information can be obtained by contacting the City office at 782-8529.
