WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONING TEXT HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on September 3, 2019, at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on September 10, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at the West Valley City Hall, 3600 South Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application ZT-11-2019, filed by Petra Winegar Requesting a zone text change to amend the criteria found in Section 7-5-101 used to determine whether a property is eligible to be rezoned to the RM (Multiple-Unit Dwelling Residential) zone.
