- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, August 27, 2019 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2019, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Dr., Layton, UT, at 7:00 PM PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETINGS - MAY 14TH 2019, MAY 28TH 2019, JUNE 11TH 2019, JUNE 25TH 2019, JULY 9TH 2019, AUGUST 6TH 2019. PUBLIC REVIEW 1. VK AUTO SALES - CONDITIONAL USE The applicant, Victor Stavre, owner of VK Auto is requesting conditional use approval for an auto dealership in an M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing/Industrial) zone, located at 1564 West Hill Field Road. 2. QUARTERS FOR HORSES - CONDITIONAL USE The applicants, Rick and CJ Benson, are requesting conditional use approval for a horse boarding facility on 3.02 acres of property in an A (Agricultural) zone, located at 2298 North Bafco Road 3. SHERMAN ACRES - PRELIMINARY PLAT The applicant, Elite Craft Homes, is requesting preliminary plan approval for the Sherman Acres Subdivision, located at approximately 550 North 1350 East in an R-1-10 zone. 4. SAND RIDGE PARKWAY LDS CHURCH - PRELIMINARY PLAT The applicant, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, is requesting preliminary plat approval for a future stake meeting house located at approximately 200 North Sand Ridge Parkway.
