Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, during a regularly scheduled meeting, beginning at 6 pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South, regarding the following matters: Major Home Occupation - Request of Ashley Joos for a Major Home Occupation Preschool called Mighty Monsters Preschool located at 1940 S 3475 W Site Plan Application - Request of Mike Nelson for a Site Plan called Benchmark Properties consisting of 0.25 acres located approx. 780 S 2000 W All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
