Description/Agenda: Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a-501, this notice is hereby given that the Town of Apple Valley intends to contract to prepare, and then prepare, Impact Fee Analyses for Storm Water, Public Safety, Parks & Trails, and Roads/Streets according to the requirements of the State of Utah. The impact fee service area for these analyses includes the entire area within the Town boundaries.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Town at 435-877-1190 at least three business days in advance.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: In accordance with state statute, one or more council members may be connected via speakerphone.
